Hum town

    Hum town in Istria, Croatia  - Hum is a small town situated on a hill above the Mirna valley in the heart of Istria, 10 km from Buzet. It has population of only 22 inhabitants, but is officially a town, and is the Guinness World Record holder for the smallest town in the world. It is a beautiful, silent "town" which has maintained all the features of medieval urban architecture.

Metkovic town

Metkovic town - Metkovic is town situated on the banks of the Neretva River in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County; it has population of approximately 15,000 inhabitants. According to archaeological finds on the hill, close to town, life in Metkovic started back in prehistoric times. The town was first mentioned 1422 in a document which is today archived in Dubrovnik.

Motovun

    Motovun in western Istria, Croatia - Motovun is a medieval town in western Istria, situated on the top of a cone-shaped hill 277 meters above sea level, in the romantic and natural diversity of the bountiful Mirna River Valley.  It is the one of the most beautiful medieval town in Istria, with houses scattered all over the hill. The town grew around a core settlement surrounded by well-fortified walls.

Cavtat

Cavtat - Cavtat is town in the Dubrovnik - Neretva County and is Croatia’s most southern tourist destination. Cavtat is situated 15 km south of Dubrovnik, on the peninsula which surrounds the well protected and accessible bay. The town was a Greek colony, and later under Roman rules very important settlement in the region.
